Booking conditions

By confirming a reservation, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Pricing, supplier participation, and travel dates are only guaranteed once written confirmation has been issued by our team.

All booking data provided by the traveler must be accurate and complete, including passenger names, travel dates, and contact information. Any discrepancies between submitted information and official travel documents may result in amendment costs or operational limitations imposed by third-party providers.

Amendments to confirmed reservations

Changes to confirmed tours that require updates to pre-confirmed services may incur amendment fees depending on destination and service type. Processing times and feasibility vary by season and by how close the request is made to departure.

Requested amendments are treated as new service requests where applicable, and cannot be considered confirmed until all involved providers have accepted the change. Additional fare differences, taxes, or service charges may apply, and certain products may be non-changeable after ticketing.

Refunds and unused services

Travel arrangements cancelled or amended close to departure, or after travel has started, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Partial usage of packages does not automatically entitle the traveler to a proportional refund.

Where refunds are approved, they are handled according to supplier settlement cycles and original payment method constraints. Administrative handling fees may be deducted when permitted by law and supplier policy, and currency fluctuations can affect reimbursed totals.

Payment and cancellation terms

The payment schedule, cancellation deadlines, and refund conditions vary by product type and supplier. Deposit and final payment deadlines are binding and must be respected to maintain active travel arrangements.

Failure to complete payment on time may be treated as cancellation by the traveler, with applicable cancellation charges. Any exception to standard payment timelines must be agreed in writing and is subject to supplier approval.

Self-guided and partly guided tours

Terms for self-guided and partly guided tours are based on included hotels, transfers, and supplier-specific products. Because itineraries combine independent components, each reservation can contain multiple cancellation and modification conditions.

Travelers are responsible for respecting local schedules, check-in windows, and provider instructions. Missed services caused by delayed arrival, incomplete documentation, or personal itinerary deviations are typically treated as unused and non-refundable.

Guided tours

Guided tour conditions may include group-size minimums, program constraints, and fixed departure policies. Operational changes can occur when local conditions, safety concerns, or supplier decisions require itinerary adjustments.

Participation in group activities requires punctuality and compliance with guide instructions. In cases of late arrival or voluntary withdrawal from the program, replacement services are not guaranteed and compensation may not apply.
